Fluting From The Heart Workshop

Taking this fluting workshop will put you well on your way to a lifetime of wonderful self expression through fluting from the heart. There is no need to read music to have fun with a Native American flute. Learn the art of spiritual and intentional fluting for prayer enhancement and self satisfaction. We will discuss the energy Chakras and the flutes that correspond to them as well as the history of the Native American flute.

 

This workshop will include, but is not limited to:

  •  Learning about the spirituality of playing the Native American Flute.

  •  Learning what it means to flute intentions.

  •  Creating your own music, fluting from the heart.

  •  Choosing your next flute, what to look for and how to test it.

  •  The history of the Native American Flute.

  •  The relationship of the flute frequencies and the Energy Chakras of the body and why they relieve stress for the player and those who listen.

 

A Spanish Cedar flute in the key of A minor will be the instrument we use to learn with and it is yours to keep. Playing will be a joyful and rewarding experience. The class will be limited to 20 people so please call (800) 394-1523 to reserve a place.  The price for the 4 hour workshop and the flute is $98.  If you have a flute in the key of A minor, you can use it and the price for the workshop will be $50. My love of the Native American flute stems from how it helps me get out of my head and into my heart, to get in touch with my feelings. This has given me the desire to help others achieve serenity also. I have found that playing the flute gives me self satisfaction and joy, making me feel better about myself. It helps me cope with the worldly conditions that surround us. My spiritual self has grown enormously and I hope to help others find that side of themselves.
