Things happen in life and while there may be outside forces which
bring us pain, whether physical, mental or emotional, there are many ways in
which one can deal with it. The role of the suffering victim is but one of many
options. Knowing when to let go and when to hold on can ultimately be the key to
a fulfilling life. There is a basic flaw of identifying with pain. We say we are
in pain when in fact it’s our body, or ego that has pain. Since we are not our
body or ego, we can separate that which is the pain and that which is us. There
are a few understandings and techniques which can have a major impact on one’s
life. This class will be an exploration of spiritual and scientific
understandings and the alternatives they represent, which could transform your

David Lowell has
been working with energy and healing for 30 years and has maintained a
