Our retreats use
the highest quality ingredients possible including whole, fresh, natural
seasonal foods, organic whenever possible, free of wheat, pasteurized

Diane Carlson,
Founder, Director and Chef/Instructor of The Conscious Gourmet, was the
co-president and director of The Natural Gourmet
Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in NYC for 10 years. Through
her new company, she leads culinary retreats for the body, mind and soul
throughout the U.S. and Canada and offers a Teacher's Training Program in
health-supportive cooking.
