day, you will benefit from this evening of meditation and healing. We
guide you through simple meditation exercises to clean energy from your space,
establish healthy boundaries, and create a positive environment for you and
those around you. Following the meditation, we offer free aura healings
and chakra balancing. Jeff Allen and

presenting practical applications of spiritual information to individuals and

Previously offered in Colorado, this meditation is enjoyed by teachers, body workers, healers, parents, therapists, trainers and many others. Jeff Allen and Ken Bechtel founded Spirit 2 Spirit Communications in Boulder, Colorado in 2003 with the intention to help others honor their daily spiritual experiences. Since relocating to Sedona, Ken and Jeff continue to offer personal development classes focusing on practical applications of spiritual awareness.
