Each day includes:

  • yoga/movement class

Diane Carlson,
program director and chef/instructor, was the co-president and director of The Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health in NYC for 10 years.  Through her new company, The Conscious Gourmet, she leads culinary retreats for the body, mind and soul throughout the U.S. and Canada, and offers a Teacher's Training Program in natural foods cooking.

Myra Kornfeld is a chef, culinary instructor and author of The voluptuous Vegan.  Myra teaches both natural foods and classic cuisine at numerous schools around the country, and writes frequently for magazines such as Natural Health and Vegetarian Times and is a co-creator of the videos, Absolutely Tofu 1 and Absolutely Tofu 2.
