The patterns in our lives are often so well entrenched that "intellectually knowing" that we want to break a pattern of drama or suffering in our life, isn’t enough to make the change. When we are able to make a change, we often fall back into the old limiting pattern in times of weakness or stress. These limiting patterns are founded in agreements that we are often unaware of and can be difficult to break.
